We as front-end developers should still count on its powerful filters and blend modes when creating eye-catchy image effects. When it comes to web design and prototyping the old phrase 'slicing and dicing from PSD to HTML' now has new meaning and there are reasons why it’s the time to switch to better tools specially made for the purpose.
